Volunteer
No event can work without the assistance of dedicated volunteers. Last year, more than 150 people assisted us in delivering our best
show to date.
This year we are looking for more volunteers to assist with the increased on-field activities on Saturday and our Nutmeg Tour d'Elegance
Tour stops.There are a variety of positions
available for you to choose from.
Please sign up only for the times you plan to work. All shifts are 3 hours unless noted otherwise.
Volunteer training will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 8th and again on Thursday, Sept. 9th at 7 PM at the Hunt Club. You should plan on attending one of these sessions.
All volunteers will receive a polo shirt to wear while working. These will be distributed at the volunteer training sessions and on Saturday, Sept. 11th from 8 to 10 AM. Plan on picking up your shirt during one of these times.
